12 Graphic Designers + 1 Illustrator = An Amazing Collaboration.

These photos were taken during a workshop we were given a narrative piece of work and asked to illustrate it using our own take on the story and our own style of drawing. I thoroughly enjoyed working as a team and I feel ours was one of the stronger pieces.

The intention for this type was to look like tree roots.
Which is also insinuated in the title.
This was produced entirely on Adobe Illustrator.
The minimal use of colour gives it an almost Art Nuveau feel...

Fish Eye Meets Typography.

Did you know, spraying fax paper with hairspray creates this effect? I didn't.
Obviously, in these examples i've used other objects such as fridge magnet letters and wallpaper prints but the gritty outcome is really great!
It allows you to manipulate something so simple and make it so complex.
I'm impressed.
